Un grand pas en avant vers la certification CS-23.\" width=\"60%\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Un grand pas vers la certification&#8230;<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Au terme de plusieurs mois de travail, nous venons de franchir un cap important en vue de la certification EASA CS-23.<br \/>Dans le cadre de cette derni\u00e8re, des tests structuraux doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s sur les pi\u00e8ces majeures. Le but est de d\u00e9montrer toute la fiabilit\u00e9 des structure OneShot de l&#8217;Elixir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s des semaines de pr\u00e9paration, l&#8217;aile OneShot de l&#8217;Elixir a pass\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s son test de r\u00e9sistance.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Nous avions volontairement effectu\u00e9 une r\u00e9paration majeure d&#8217;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l&#8217;aile, tout en simulant des impacts \u00e0 chaque emplanture afin de la mettre dans les conditions les plus extr\u00eames possibles.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-358\" style=\"border-radius: 20px; display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/elixir-aircraft.com\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/Courbure.jpg\" alt=\"La courbure de l'aile \u00e9tait impressionnante. Chaque saumon de l'aile culminait \u00e0 plus de 50cm.\" width=\"50%\" \/><br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Elle a r\u00e9sist\u00e9 \u00e0 8,6 tonnes. R\u00e9cit d&#8217;un essai transform\u00e9.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Mardi 9 mars 2019. Les visages sont tendus, la tension est palpable dans le hangar d&#8217;Elixir Aircraft. L&#8217;aile OneShot de 8 m\u00e8tres est solidement fix\u00e9e au b\u00e2ti en acier de plusieurs tonnes, pr\u00eate \u00e0 recevoir d&#8217;\u00e9normes contraintes.<br \/>Le test commence, les contraintes augmentent palier par palier, centaine de kilos par centaine de kilos, tonne par tonne, la fl\u00e8che se dessine petit \u00e0 petit. Seul le syst\u00e8me hydraulique du v\u00e9rin se fait entendre.<br \/>La fl\u00e8che augmente encore, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 lever chaque extremit\u00e9 de l&#8217;aile \u00e0 plus de 50 centim\u00e8tres. Contrainte affich\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cran : 8.6 tonnes.<\/p>\n<p>Test r\u00e9ussi !!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/uFBamGBnGk0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Un grand pas vient d&#8217;\u00eatre franchi non seulement pour Elixir Aircraft, mais aussi pour l&#8217;aviation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>C&#8217;est une r\u00e9ussite sur 3 principaux aspects :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conform\u00e9ment aux exigences de l&#8217;EASA CS-23, l&#8217;essai a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la structure OneShot de l&#8217;aile.<\/li>\n<li>Le process de r\u00e9paration est valid\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;aile reste s\u00fbre m\u00eame lorsqu&#8217;elle pr\u00e9sente des impacts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ce succ\u00e8s confirme l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat des pi\u00e8ces One<strong>Shot<\/strong> qui sont au coeur de la 4\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&#8217;avions l\u00e9gers.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-359\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/elixir-aircraft.com\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/Test_Bench.png\" alt=\"Front view of the test bench.\" width=\"40%\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Vue de face du banc d&#8217;essai.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2>Et maintenant ?<\/h2>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, l&#8217;industrialisation avance avec un agrandissement de nos locaux pour commencer la production.
